    Your "Security Level" settings in antivirus program may be set too high to run the game client. If you are having problems loading some of the games, you can either turn off the "Security Level" or change the "Security Level" to lower settings. Then log into the game client again and try to access the particular games.

  • Why do live games video hang sometimes?

    This may be due to a temporary poor connection on your internet service provider(ISP). Or it may be caused by your driver issues or devices problem. Please restart the game client and try to access the particular games again. If the problem continues, please contact our customer service online.

    Sometimes it is caused by the internet connection or game update or server maintenance. If it relates to Live Blackjack, the table may be full, please try another table or add yourself to the waitlist for the next available game table.
